Jill Culver painted my soul portrait, which we've called Seer. In the Native American tradition, the Seer reminds us where we are in a cycle. The wheel is always turning, so we need not get too used to being either up or down, for it will surely change soon.
My friend and inspiration, Allan Sutherland, wrote this haiku for me:
My soul is portrayed
Grounded in past and presence
Vivid with vision
Another friend and inspiration, Sam House, sent me this Native American Song:
Spiralling into the centre
The centre of our soul
Spiralling into the centre
The centre of our soul
We are the weavers, we are the woven ones
We are the dreamers, we are the dream
We are the weavers, we are the woven ones
We are the dreamers, we are the dream
